Terms & Conditions:
- Gabana Villa access exclusively between 1pm. – 7pm.
- This is a fixed minimum price and the rate cannot be divided hourly or split across other days under any circumstance.
- Late check out after 7pm will be charged as 1 night rate.
- One children under the age of 12 years old are free of charge. Additional children will be charged @ THB 600 net / child.
- Extra person charged @ THB 1,200 net / person.
- Villa day use is subject to availability.
- The Gabana Villas are not availability during black out periods 24 Dec – 5 Jan.

- Available daily between 11am to 11pm only. Entertainment pool closes at 8pm and Baba Beach Restaurant & Bar as well as Baba IKI are open until 11pm.
- Minimum spend applies to Baba Beach Restaurant, Baba Beach Bar and Baba IKI. Not including Cool Spa and any other activities.
- Each individual, in a group or otherwise, is required to spend a minimum of THB 2,000 net / person.
- Sunbeds are subject to availability.
- Advance booking is recommended.
