Baba Beach Club x Die Empathie will be a pre-festival showcase by Swiss community label ‘Die Empathie’, who will have their own stage at Quest Festival Vietnam. They will be showcasing 5 out of 10 DJ’s from their Quest stage lineup, along with 2 guest DJ’s from Bangkok – Thailand’s pioneering female DJ Mendy Indigo & female artist X0809 (live set 5pm).
We will also give away 2 free tickets to Quest Festival Vietnam! This includes 3 days of free access to the festival for 2 people. Scroll down to the bottom for more information on how to apply!
Rising star X0809 will be doing a live ‘experimental electronic/pop’ set with vocals starting 5pm for sunset drinks, we are a sunset beach so we suggest coming on time for this special performance! Ever since X0809’s debut at Thailand’s Wonderfruit Festival 2015, she’s excelled and played in various popular places such as Kolour In The Park Festival (Bangkok), BEAM club (Bangkok), Mannheim Germany and coming up Quest Festival Vietnam 2017. We are very excited and happy to have her play for us!
Following the live set we have DJ’s hailing from different parts of the world; Troja (India), MYLE (Swiss/Die Empathie), Temo Sayin (Swiss/Die Empathie), Tim Roemer (Germany) and Amber H (Singapore). All heavily experienced DJ’s who’ll be playing a new trend of electronic music which is more organic and emotional.
Die Empathie founded in 2015 offers a unique musical journey – it’s a home for like-minded empathetic people who truly appreciate music and life, the name says it all “it’s not about what you see, it’s about what you feel”. Most people have forgotten what music is all about, to connect and to share. Die Empathie strives to give such experiences where you connect with people, share a unique experience in an intimate surrounding with a nice fusioned lineup between European and SEA artists.
