August Playlist

We are proud to present this month’s playlist at Baba Beach Club Hua Hin with live performances by our resident acoustic and vocals band, The Tiny Band, and our dynamic saxophonist Burin The Sax Man, alongside local talent Dj Leebree. Setting the tone in signature Baba Beach Club style welcoming additional guest dj Nemo Cools for exclusive sunset sessions by the beach.

With yet another Baba Unwind Saturday held on the 25th of August, celebrating the last Saturday of the month by the beach. So make sure to join us for a relaxed weekend escape at Baba Beach Club Hua Hin filled with great music, delicious food, cool cocktails, and more.

Nemo Cools

Soul, Funk, House & Techno

Initially starting out as a hobby and passion, Nemo Cools began his dj career in his early teens in his hometown of Ghent, Belgium. Having played at various top venues in Belgium, he later moved to Thailand in 2011 quickly becoming part of the underground music scene. Playing everything from soul, funk and disco to house and techno, expertly transitioning from genre to genre. After having made a name for himself in Phuket and later taking on Thailand’s capital Bangkok, Nemo Cools has held residencies at local venues such as Sing Sing Theater, Maggie Choo’s, Glow, Live RCA, Oskar and Mustache Bar to name just a few. Furthering his career by joining the Soho Hospitality group as their Entertainment Manager at their various restaurants, bars and event outlets throughout Bangkok. Nemo Cools has also been seen supporting international DJs by the likes of Dimitri From Paris, FCL, Francois Kevorkian, José Padilla, Mike Huckaby, Jerome Derradji, Daniel Sanchez, and many, many more.

For the next Saturday of the month, we welcome D’Julz who will bring his signature house sound to Baba Beach Club Phuket. Escape to our Music Lovers’ oasis on Natai beach for an elevated weekend experience on the 11th of August.

Julien Veniel, artist name D’Julz, is undoubtedly one of the latter – a true craftsman behind the decks whose true strongest skill is his ability to go beyond mere genres and trends, deciding instead to actively shape the ever-changing soundscape of electronic music through his own productions, DJ performances and parties. A true legend and one who will continue to be at the top of his game.
