December Playlist

We are proud to present this month’s playlist at Baba Beach Club Hua Hin with live performances by our resident acoustics band, The Tiny Band, and our dynamic saxophonist Burin The Sax Man. Alongside local talent Dj Bonita Everitt and skillful Guest Djs: KOISH and TEK.

Ringing in the new year in signature Baba Beach Club style with live entertainment by the beach. Live music by The Chaplin Band, along with disco and house beats by Dj TEK for a night to remember with family, friends and loved ones.

KOISH

Constantly exploring new directions and pushing the boundaries of conventional electronic music, always staying true to his principles: playing music and bringing people together. Having helped establish the underground music scene in Bangkok, Koish has been seen perform at numerous Kolour events, and other locally famed venues such as Glow and Beam. Both as an active member of the local dj collective UNST(Collect/Save), hosting production workshops and other various pop-up events throughout Thailand, Koish has quickly become a fixture in Bangkok thanks to his talents and providing a unique atmosphere to get lost in the music.

TEK

British DJ of Thai descent, Tek Harrington learned to play records and mixing music growing up in England. Later becoming an avid record collector himself and moving to Bangkok, Tek expanded upon his DJ career as founder of The Backroom Directors DJ Agency, one half of the infamous Slum Disco Sound System, and music director at various hotels. Drawing influences from house, disco, funk, and everything in between. Having played at bigger music festivals such as Quest, Kolour, and Wonderfruit, as well as supported artists like Todd Terry, Joey Negro, Dimitri From Paris, Francois Kevorkian, John Morales, and Dicky Trisco.

Bonita Everitt

Thai native Bonita Everitt is a passionate Dj new to the underground music scene, having first discovered her love for Techno and House once moving back to Thailand. Later influenced by living in Abu Dhabi and experiencing the arabic culture, she was introduced to tribal beats creating her own unique mixture of sounds. Currently based in Pak Nam Pran, Bonita has been seen playing at famed local venues in Thailand’s capital as well as locally arranging her own events such as Wilburland, or sunset sets at Baba Beach Club and Seenspace Hua Hin.
